Shipping costs of our online store
Shipping costs are free for any purchase and country.
The delivery time within Spanish national territory are between 2 to 4 working days and for international territory between 3 to 5 working days.
Tracking your Order
As soon as the order has shipped from our stores, we will send you an email.
You can track and see the order status at any time at http://www.dhl.es/es/express/seguimiento.html; you will have to submit the tracking number you received via email.
If you place your order over the telephone and select the bank transfer payment option, the order will not be shipped until we have received the payment confirmation.
If you have not received your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us by email email@example.com or telephone: 0034 – 9220.127.116.11 and quote your order number.
Please take into consideration that during Sales, the delivery times can be longer than usual.
The articles received do not match your order
If you receive a different item to the one you ordered or a faulty item, we will reimburse the items and the delivery costs, as soon as we receive the goods in our warehouse and we can verify it is in good condition.
