Changes and returns for online purchases

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the reception of the order.
In order to return an item and you are already registered, you must click on the Customer service display – Exchanges and returns and fill in the Exchange and return form.
You will then receive an email to confirm the details of the return.
Returns are free of charge, except for shipping costs that will be deducted from the returned item.
Preparation of package
Pack your items safely inside the original package. Once the return and exchange form is filled in you will be sent the labels for the parcel service; print them and when you are ready attach them to the package.
If you cannot print them, the carrier will have the necessary data for the return.
The carrier will collect the parcel from your home.
Our carrier will contact you to arrange date and time of collection. If possible, the collection will always take place within 24/48 hours.
Refunds of returns will be effective through the same means of payment as used during the purchase and within 2 to 5 working days from when we receive your parcel.
